Rachel has a special interests in preventive dental care and a passion for providing calming dental care for kids and nervous and anxious adults. Rachel is a qualified Dental Therapist with Advanced Clinical Practice and Director Of Rosedale Family Dental. She was born and bred in Gippsland, Victoria on a dairy farm where her family still reside, then traveled and worked extensively around the world. She graduated from Curtin University in Western Australia and completed her Honours in Advanced Clinical Practice at Melbourne University December of 2017. Rachel is also an accredited Orofacial Myologist through the Australian Academy of Orofacial Myology .
Rachel returned back to Victoria a little over five years ago to be closer to family, and set up practice with her mother, Elaine of Rosedale Family Medical Centre.
Rachel is a keen Tennis player and loves outdoor adventures.
Rachel advocates the evidence is unquestionable that early preventative dentistry leads to healthier, happier life. Rachel’s vision is to change the vision of dentistry! So no child or adult has a fear of going to a dental practice, and dentistry is part of normal life.
Dentist
David is a true local Gippslander. David has over 30 years of clinical experience in the area including previously owning his own successful dental practice in Traralgon. David originally completed his Dentistry at the University of Melbourne in 1982. David has a focus on education and improving oral health.
David is a keen musician, the guitar his instrument of choice. He also is a keen parachutist. As a resident of East Gippsland, having a farming mind and a rural background, David understands the life on the land.

Gilbert is your local oral health therapist with advanced clinical practice.
A small village boy from Vietnam who moved to Australia 15 years ago. Gilbert completed his studies in Bendigo and found he is extremely comfortable and happy in the country town of Rosedale.
A failed comedian, a proud dental practitioner who will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and ensure that your teeth problems are solved.
In his spare time, Gilbert loves to play soccer and is the president of a Christian church soccer club. Gilbert is also a professional registered soccer referee.
Dental Assistant
Megan is passionate about sharing the importance of preventative care and helping all our people gain dental confidence. Megan wants all our patients to be happy and confident within themselves, she also loves giving patients brand new smiles that they can show off to the world.
Megan loves coming to work, as every day is different. She loves sharing her time with new and old patients. It is always wonderful to welcome new patients and see familiar faces with all the stories they tell. Megan is excellent at empathizing with patients and making them feel comfortable during their visit.
Megan is another born and bred Gippsland girl who grew up on her parents’ farm. Megan loves racing around paddocks on a four-wheeler.
When Megan’s not working, you will find her helping her partner on their farm. Whether it is cattle work or wrapping silage during silage season. Megan loves being out in the sun and playing netball. She likes to spend her time catching up with friends and family. Megan is our crazy cat lady; on cold days you will find her snuggled up on the couch with her 4 beautiful cats under a blanket watching Netflix.
Dental Assistant
Kayla is our dental nurse who is passionate in learning and teaching the importance of dental care so that everybody can feel confident with their smiles. She wants people to feel excited and welcomed when coming to visit the dentist and to help remove negative stigma.
Kayla is a Gippsland girl and when she’s not working you’ll find her around Gippsland playing netball, or on beach days with her friends. All though being cuddled up on the couch is not unheard of. Kayla and her dog Zeus love watching 2000’s Rom Com movies (which is her ultimate favourite).
Dental Care Coordinator
Looking after our patients’ dental wellbeing is Brianna’s passion. She loves giving the best dental care advice possible and teaching people on the impact you can have by looking after your precious pegs at home.
Brianna grew up in Gippsland and enjoys going for a ride on her horse Flicka with her two dogs Harry and Shadow. Her two faithful buddies are always by her side as she photographs or paints whatever inspires her as she discovers what Victoria has to offer in all its awe.
Not only is Brianna an amazing, well organised team member who knows a lot about teeth, Brianna is also a qualified graphic designer that comes in very handy when creating our website features, flyers, brochures and connecting with our RFD community on Facebook.
All in all, Brianna rocks!
